Mamás Unidas LR (MULR) se complace en anunciar que estamos ofreciendo becas para apoyar tu año académico 2024-5. MULR entiende la importancia de la educacion y quiere apoyar a los estudiantes de último año de secundaria (12 grado) que estén motivados para perseguir sus metas académicas.

También estamos emocionados de anunciar que otorgaremos una (1) beca renovable (hasta 4 años) por un monto de $1,000 por año académico ($4000 a traves de los 4 años) en colaboración con Seis Puentes.


Para solicitar la beca, por favor completa los siguientes pasos:

  1. Escribe un ensayo (máximo 300 palabras) describiendo tus metas académicas y cómo esta beca te ayudará a alcanzarlas.

  2. Proporciona tu transcripto académico más reciente (7mo semestre o semestre final - no tiene que ser oficial).

  3. Completa esta aplicacion, incluyendo tu información personal y detalles de contacto.

Elegibilidad

  1. Estudiante de último año de secundaria graduado (12 grado)

  2. Bilingüe (espanol/ingles)

  3. Necesidad financiera

  4. Ciudadano estadounidense, residente, DACA o indocumentado

  5. Graduado de una escuela secundaria del centro de Arkansas

  6. Ha recibido asistencia de Mamas Unidas LR

  7. Promedio acumulado mínimo de 3.0 GPA

  8. Debe demostrar inscripción universitaria si se le otorga la beca

 

La fecha límite de solicitud es el 15 de junio de 2024 a las 11:59 p.m. Las solicitudes despues de esta fecha o incompletas no serán consideradas.

Mamás Unidas LR (MULR) is excited to announce that we are offering scholarships to support your future academic endeavors for the academic year 2024-5. MULR understand the importance of higher education and wants to support graduating high school seniors who are motivated to pursue their academic goals.

Equally exciting, we will also award one (1) renewable scholarship (up-to-4-years) in the amount of $1,000 per academic year ($4,000 over 4 years) with the collaboration of Seis Puentes.

To apply for the scholarship, please complete the following steps:

  1. Write an essay (300 words max) describing your academic goals and how this scholarship will help you achieve them.

  2. Provide your most recent transcript (7th semester or final semester - unoffical from HAC/eSchool is acceptable).

  3. Complete the online application form, including your personal information and contact details.

Eligibility:

  1. Graduating high school senior

  2. Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  3. Financial need

  4. US Citizen, Resident, DACA, or Undocumented

  5. Graduating from a Central Arkansas high school

  6. Has received assistance from Mamas Unidas LR

  7. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA

  8. Must demonstrate college enrollment if awarded scholarship

The application deadline is June 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
